Liane and Heather talk about navigating the holidays as children and how they navigate the holidays now as adults. Liane explains how celebrating Christmas was a secret because her family belonged to the Jehovah's Witness Church while Heather shares her experience with holidays growing up with divorced parents. Liane as an adult celebrates all holidays and Heather as an adult has found a special appreciation for being able to adapt to constantly changing holiday schedules and routines. Also discussed in this episode is how to navigate the holidays with boundaries if you yourself find them to be extremely stressful.
