We provide short bio's of the co-hosts Liane and Heather along with what we hope the Spoon-Fed Trauma podcast will provide for our listeners. The mission behind Spoon-Fed trauma and why we are starting this podcast is all discussed in this short "Get to know us" episode.

We want listeners to know they are pulling up a cozy seat next to two friends who just want to have a casual, yet safe, space to talk about the traumatic events we have been through in life with the idea that talking about these things is not only therapeutic and will bring us all closer together as humans but also there is nothing shameful or secretive about surviving trauma.

We are stronger together and we will get through this. There is light at the end of the dark days and we hope to provide normalcy in discussing things along with external resources if listeners need to seek professional help.

We hope you enjoy this brief intro and we cant wait for you to tune into future Spoon-Fed Trauma episodes.
