Hi my name is Heather. I am 38 years old and married to my best friend. We have four fur babies. I am an expert in being a mental head-case. I come from childhood divorce and have a lifetime of trauma including abandonment at a young age and the death of both my parents before the age of 35. I have experienced domestic violence, physical violence, drug abuse and emotional abuse. I have a previous marriage that ended in divorce, and also a half sibling that I didn’t meet until I was an adult. I have been diagnosed with Binge Eating Disorder and have vastly struggled with Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression and PTSD at different times in my lifetime just to name a few. I am glad you are here and I hope to show that no matter what you have gone through in life you can find a way out and there is joy, peace and hope on the other side as long as you never give up. We are in this together and better for it.

Hi there! My name is Liane. I'm 37 years old. I have 4 kids ranging in ages 3-15, I'm married for a second time around, and have two fur babies. I was raised in what many would consider a religious cult of sorts and left as soon as I could at the age of 18. I've experienced chapters in my life of domestic abuse, living with a drug addict ex, as a single mother, loss of my own mother to a very sudden cancer, infertility issues, autoimmune diseases, and pregnancy loss to touch on a few. I truly believe all of these events have been chapters in this great book of life that continue to evolve and develop me into the strong person I am today. I know with continued focus and a good circle of support, healing is possible and you can find your smile once again. Thank you for tuning in, I am excited to have you here!
